Your core tasks are:
Monitoring the network of our customer as well as DNS / DHCP, Extranet and Network-Tool-Applications for real-time fault localization.
Extended telephone support for global network teams (German/Englisch).
Proceeding on network changes according to our customer request.
If problems occur, you have the right strategies at hand, which you can implement independently. You advice your contacts. This also includes your involvement in projects and problem analyzing. What to bring: You want to be an ace in your field and have already laid the foundations while you have completed an IT training. Specifically to bring:
Advanced network knowledge (TCP-IP)
Cisco CCNA certification or willingness to acquire
Aruba ACMP certification or willingness to acquire
Project experience (LAN / WLAN networks)
Hewlett-Packard AES Certification or willingness to acquire Your communication skills both in English and in German are even excellent as your technical understanding.
